Mexico Lindo opened on Cinco de Mayo in 2006 at 1848 South Broad Street, in the Trenton end of Hamilton. The kitchen keeps the old-world flavors of Mexican cooking and adds a creative touch of its own, built on carefully chosen ingredients.

The menu runs from tacos and burritos to seafood soups and plates, with Oaxacan dishes like huaraches and botanas beside shrimp ceviche, fiesta nachos and guacamole served in a molcajete.
